Kay’s space was perfect for my birthday weekend with my friends. It was beautiful home and just right for all of us to stay. Nice, spacious, and clean. I would definitely recommend this home to others with a lot of people, and I would definitely come back again.

Kay was a great communicator throughout the process and made accommodations for a request we had. You can tell why she is rated a Super Host and is extremely responsive. Great home and everything was exactly as described. Wonderful stay!!

We enjoyed our stay very much so. Kay was responsive to us from the start of the booking and checked in on us via messenger during our stay. We made s’mores by the fire pit and we loved how spacious, tidy and clean the unit was. We would book our stay again.

We rented both units for a large group and the host was flexible with some modifications to check in and check out times. Very comfortable and clean. The place was perfect for us and would definitely stay here again.

Kay was very responsive and Accessible at all times. She answered all questions that I encountered.
Her place was beautifully decorated and a very good location to the beach and any shopping that you could possibly need.
All ages enjoyed the “Game Room” and Fire Pit!
I would recommend highly her AirBNB home, was excellent accommodations for the price! Very clean and well stocked kitchen! Kay went above and beyond to accommodate our stay!

I reserved both sides for a women’s weekend retreat. What an awesome stay! The place is more beautiful than pictures. The location is excellent and easy to Find. It is very close to the beach. The house was spotless. It was beautifully decorated and the inside fixtures are very up to date. I had questions about a couple of things to which Kay responded immediately. There were no issues with anything. Kay is an exquisite host. She made check in and check out so easy. There were no glitches. Look forward to another stay.

My family and i had a Great time!! We were close to the beach and the strip! We didn't have to go far to get to anything. I would recommend Kay as a super host! Thanks Kay!!

The Luxury Beach House was perfect for our stay. It had plenty of room to accommodate our families needs for cooking and/or just hanging out! Our kids especially loved the game room! (The adults did too) There was even beach supplies if needed. Every room and area was clean and well put together. The home was warm and beautiful. It looked just as the pictures described. It was about a 4 min drive to the beach. There were plenty of restaurants of all kinds within a few miles of the house as well as different shopping plaza’s.
Kay was proactive in communicating instructions and checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. She also provided quick responses. Check in/out was quick and easy. She was very kind and accommodating.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The place was great. It was clean, comfortable and private. The location was perfect for our family. It was close to all the places we needed. When we are in the area again it would be a place we would stay again.
